How to: Copy a PowerPoint graphic into Word.
Solution:
Copy graphics from PowerPoint using the 'Copy' command and then insert into Word using the 'Paste' command.
1) Copy the PowerPoint graphic.
a) Select the graphic.
b) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'.
2) Switch to Word.
3) Paste the graphic into the document.
a) Position the cursor where the graphic is to be inserted.
b) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'.
4) (Optional) Click graphic once. (Handles appear for resizing and moving.)
NOTE: PowerPoint graphics appear as Word objects when pasted.
